Q: What if I need to reschedule/cancel my cleaning?A: We understand kids get sick or emergencies happen. If you know you are going to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice so we can plan accordingly.

Q: How does your cleaning crew get into my home?A: You may leave the door unlocked, hide a key somewhere on the property, or provide us with your door or garage code.

Q: What payments do you accept?A: We require payment in full at the time of cleaning service. First time cleans require a deposit and full payment prior to your scheduled cleaning. We accept personal check as well as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Q: What if I’m not completely satisfied with my cleaning?A: We ask that you call our office within 24 hours to discuss the issue. We will reclean any part of your home until you are satisfied.
